Based in Singapore, Amitoj will provide comprehensive coverage of India’s dynamic and fast-evolving business landscape across CNBC’s international programming, including anchoring Inside India, a one-hour weekday show spotlighting the nation’s rapid rise as a global economic powerhouse.

With almost two decades of global journalism experience, Amitoj Singh has reported for leading networks, some including NDTV, CNN, Channel News Asia, Al Jazeera, Business Insider – covering everything from political upheavals to tech innovation. He led crypto coverage at CoinDesk, and anchored its flagship show; and was also selected as one of the four UN journalism fellows. He graduated from the University of Delhi with a Bachelor’s Degree in English, and obtained a Master’s from the Graduate School of Journalism in Columbia University.
